Student Assistant

We have the overall responsibility for recruitment, mobility, graduates, and HR IT and standardisation projects. We work closely with all our customers, from top management to expatriates and their managers and affiliated HR people around the world.

Improving our expatriate setup worldwide
Your job will be to participate in optimising and developing work processes that lead to improve our expatriate setup and support worldwide. You will be involved in a number of optimisation projects offering you ample opportunity for global networking. You will be interacting with internal stakeholders and expats at our various production sites in and outside Denmark as well as Finance, IT and HR departments. Another important element in this job will be to assist in the overall development and maintenance of our data set-up and data processes related to the department Balanced Scorecard. Moreover, you will be involved in developing our web platforms and optimising our web communication to internal stakeholders. You can look forward to joining an international organisation where your sense of responsibility and urgency will open the doors to a large number of highly important HR projects.

Solid data skills and cross-cultural awareness
You have just commenced your master’s studies within the areas of psychology, communication, business, culture or the like. Now you are ready to work approximately 20-25 hours per week – with flexibility during exam periods. You are an Excel wizard and generally comfortable with handling data. If you are familiar working with web solutions, it will certainly be an advantage. You have an outgoing personality and highly developed situational judgement that complement your ability to establish positive relations and deliver quality work before deadline. A cross-cultural experience will give you a head start, and to succeed in this job, you must be able to maintain a good dialogue with the involved parties.
