We are currently looking for an IT Associate to join our headquarters in Copenhagen. The position is for a period of 12 months.
With your base at our Headquarters in Copenhagen you will experience an exciting, international working environment. We are looking for an IT Associate to our IT department which operates globally in our company. On a daily basis you will be handling for multiple tasks and work areas such as front office support and project management of new IT projects. You will be an important member of the team forming the link between the user and the global IT department.

As IT Associate you will become part of the global IT team. Job functions will be a mix of front office support assuring transparency and focus on Service Level Agreements. The job focus on GXP related tasks and Application System Library compliancy for Danish systems. Active Directive is another work area with global daily maintenance. Last but not least, there will be some project management tasks e.g. implementation of Windows 7.
You have a relevant educational background in IT education with extensive knowledge of Microsoft systems. Maybe you are recently educated, and are looking for a job for a 12 months period.
You must be able to support both Front Office Support processes on a global level and support back office tasks as well.
On a personal level it is an advantage if you are well-structured, communicative, and capable of working globally in a team and deliver thorough work of a high quality in a timely manner. High skills in documentation are a must.
