Customer support – Infrastructure – Service and maintenance
We are looking for a new colleague to our IT Service Desk, who thrives in a dynamic and challenging work environment with many varied daily tasks, along with more proactive projects and service improvements.
We are looking for a person who will participate in driving the necessary changes in the process of further professionalizing the IT service desk and IT support in a global setup – all while being top service minded, positive and outgoing towards colleagues and end users.

The department, IT service desk – Global IT, consists of ten IT supporters who cover business support on IT infrastructure, PC clients and applications in an International and fast developing environment.

While being fully introduced to the daily tasks it is expected that you take active part in the handover while at the same time documenting processes and procedures.

The Job
To become successful, you must thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:

Service desk shifts
Answering all calls and contacts made to the IT service desk – both in written and by phone.
Visitation of all problems and incidents reported to the IT service desk.
Installation of PCs
Installation and setup of all new work stations.
Reinstallations of existing work stations.
Helping end users in relation to installing and setting up software.
General IT-support
Problem handling on end users PCs, cell phones and tablets.
Problem handling on peripheral IT equipment on end users PCs, cell phones and tablets.
Problem handling in relation to print.
Creating user guides for the end user.
Documenting processes and tasks.
Functional end user support.
Advice in relation to the use and procurement of IT.
User administration
Granting and creating network and system access to end users.
Administration of network and system access.
Qualifications

Bachelor in IT, IT supporter or Datamatiker or other educational background combined with solid IT experience.
English fluent in speaking and writing, Danish will be considered an advantage.
Professional experience from customer facing position´s.
Professional experience with IT support.
ITIL knowledge.
