We are more than 250 highly skilled IT professionals responsible for all major IT projects and IT systems as well as IT Infrastructure and Operations in Novo Nordisk.
The global IT Infrastructure in Novo Nordisk serves more than 33.000 clients worldwide, with major business processes covered by corporate systems based on SAP, Siebel, Microsoft and Oracle.
In response to major changes in our IT infrastructure and to the fast globalisation of Novo Nordisk’s IT organisation, we are strengthening the focus on our global IT operating model and the work processes supporting it.

One of your key challenges will be to participate in our implementation of standardised IT service management processes and tools (primarily BMC Remedy 7.6) in more than 15 IT units across the world.
You thrive in an international business environment, are comfortable with complex challenges and ambitious goals, and can stand up to the pressure that comes with taking significant global responsibilities.

You have significant experience with IT Service Management implementations and the ITIL® and COBIT frameworks from an international consultancy firm, IT vendor or other complex, international business environment. Experience with the Remedy ITSM suite will be ideal. Preferably, you have a Master’s degree with excellent results within business administration, engineering, computer science or economics.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
