Chief Compliance Officer – Pakistan:
We are looking for a team leader with exposure to develop a model of governance that aligns the values of the Company and will be responsible for:
– Identifying, assessing, communicating and mitigating the compliance risks associated with the Company’s business activities and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
– Establishing mechanisms and controls for internal and external corporate governance in compliance with regulatory requirements
– Serving as a contact point for regulators, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and disseminating required information to them on behalf of the Company
– Deterring fraudulent activities and implementing transparency policy, designing procedures to verify and safeguarding the integrity of the Company’s financial reporting/audit function
Successful candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
CA/CFA/CPA/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable institution with minimum 15 years’ relevant work experience in Banks/Financial Institutions including 5 years in Senior Management roles. The incumbent should be a team player with strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
